Abstract
Objective : This study was conducted to assess the changes in knee joint angle, distance of independent walking, and occupational perfomance and content after treating child with spastic plantar flexion by using functional foot orthosis(FFO).

Methods : Design was a single-subject experimental reversal design(A-B-A) conducting 18 sessions. Knee joint ROM, distance of independent walking were measured before and after application of FFO. Also, COPM was performed with care person.

Results : Compared baseline, knee joint angle was decreased and distance of ambulation was increased. In addition, both content and performance of COPM was significantly improved.

Conclusion : Application of FFO on child(CP) with mild spastic is considered to be effective in fucntional level, alignment and independent gait, and quality of life based on COPM
